This card was inspired by one of my favorite bloggers, Yana Smakula. From Spellbinders’ Paint your world collection, I bought a palette die, a large brush die, and a small brush die. Actually, I wanted to buy all of them as a set, but I couldn’t. Anyway, I wanted to use these dies that I bought a few months ago, but now I’ve started.

The card I made this time is a thank you card, and I only used the hot foiled thank you for the sentiment. This was done with a hot foil plate from Spellbinders. This hot foil plate(Yana’s Special Sentiments Glimmer Hot Foil Plate & Die Set) is also a highly recommended foil plate. Since the message is not large, hot foiling works well regardless of the color of the foil roll. The light purple brush is a thank you hot-foiled light purple brush, but the original color is hard to see in the photo. With hot foil, the surrounding colors are reflected in the photo, so it is not easy to capture the original color as it is.

Please enjoy the group shot first. There are three types of color. I made 6 of them, two of each color. In the case of these assembling dies, I have to turn the cutting machine many times because multiple die cuttings are required. But it’s a bit annoying, but when I see the results, I forget all the hardships.

I was thinking of using flower dies, but I added Pinkfresh Studio’s Rainbow Floral Washi tape that I had cut in advance. The butterfly was also cut in advance, so the color matched well. Originally, I was going to put a butterfly hot-foiled on transparent film, but it didn’t go well with those brush cards, so I changed it to a butterfly hot-foiled on paper.
